What is an “A” Player?

An “A” Player is all about quality. If a company were hiring for a key position and they identified several candidates, they would rank the candidates into a tier of classes, (e.g., Top Tier Class candidates, 2^nd Choice Class candidates, etc) and would continue to rank the candidates throughout the hiring process.  The company, very naturally, would determine where a candidate would fit into these categories based on work experience, personality fit into the company’s culture, human chemistry based on the interview, ability to communicate effectively, leadership potential/capability, etc.  MDLink has the sensitivity and experience to understand what distinguishes an “A” Player from a Class “B” player.
